This is a fraud/scam because I ordered what was shown in the picture, but I got a piece of plastic. Yes, the thing I got is not working and won't turn on. I have charged it for 4-5 hours, but it is still off. It is a total scam and a waste of money; the 5-star reviews are totally fake. So, if you are seeing this, don't buy it. But if you want to, you can. And to those from this fraudulent company who are seeing this, a staff member or anyone should give me a replacement or refund, otherwise, I will file a complaint.
After using these for three weeks daily I can say the ANC is genuinely effective — blocks out my office AC hum and background chatter completely. Bass is deep without muddying the mids, and call quality is excellent on both sides. Battery consistently hits 6 hours. Highly recommend at this price.
