I am Pradip Chandra Barman. I ordered a Ctrl8 G-Shape bluetooth speaker on 25.09.2026. Order ID is #ctrl8162963. The product was delivered me on 29.09.2026.
After unpacking the product, I found many differences in the product delivered me on the website as per the picture and description of the product. According to the picture of the website, the size of the mobile holder of the product is very small and the number of switches are also less. The speaker's sound lacks sweetness, bass, and punchiness. The sound quality of the speaker is not good at all. The sound is very low. Product build quality is inferior in price.
If you have earned your money through honest, hard work, do not buy the 'Ctrl8'—a low-quality Chinese 'G-Shape' Bluetooth speaker. The sound quality is terrible; there is absolutely no punchiness or bass. The volume is even lower than that of a mobile phone. For ₹699, you can get a speaker from a reputable brand at a local shop or on Amazon/Flipkart.
Once you purchase the product, Ctrl8 will not even bother to check if you are satisfied with it. So, please take a look at my ratings and exercise caution before making a purchase. Thank you.
Poor quality Chinese product. Don't buy.
Poor service provided by @Amazon shipping, there was no delivery attempts but the order I'd 372950054229 is marked as NDR raised, no re attempt for delivery was made , Ordered from @Ctrl8 worst service and delivery ever experienced
